2021 Sangiovese Adelaide Hills - Limited Release, Shining Rock Vineyard
We were always excited about the quality of our 2021
Sangiovese. After bottling a small quantity in 2022, we made
the decision to leave the remainder in barrel for extended
maturation — a bet on a vintage we believed had more to give.
Five years on, the wine has evolved from a bright, primary
young red into something altogether more layered and
resolved — savoury, structured, and full of quiet power.
